After visiting nearby attractions , enjoy a restful family time in the home theater or soak in the hot tub !

This property is nestled among towering pine trees and oak trees, overlooking a breathtaking mountain range , with a wall of windows you get an unobstructed view of the mountain , this property offers a large 4000 sq ft of space, you have space for everybody , with a dedicated theater and a game room , you and your guests will never get bored. A room dedicated to kids with 3 bunk beds , hosting a group of kids is easy and they love it ! This property also has a wet bar , hot tub and a Grill.A short 100ft hike up the mountain , will get you to a beautiful scenic mountain setting with a firepit , enjoy a campfire with your friends and families , create memories !

Strouds run state park is just 5 mins away , you can boat /swim or fish or go for hike along the 10 mile lake view trail in strouds run state park.

This house has it all for any kind of entertainment you want, home theater, billiards, board games, and a hot tub with a lovely view of the cliff side! I would book this house any chance I could if Iā€™m ever back in athens, thank you for the amazing experience!

I would definitely recommend this place for a large group. The house is spacious and well appointed. The hot tub was great and the listing was just as described. Super close to downtown Athens.

Hill House
This lovely house met all our needs. We ranged in age from 40 to 90. Easy access for 90-year-old, she even made it to the fire circle up the hill with assistance. Appreciated the walk-in showers. Kitchen was very well equipped including a spice rack. Easy access to state park and town for supplies. We enjoyed hiking on the old logging road. Fall colors were gorgeous from front porch. We are likely to return.

Great stay for a big family! Plenty of room to spread out. Dining room was perfect for board games. The pool table and movie room were great ā€˜getawaysā€™ for the kids without disturbing others upstairs. The lake is only a few minutes away and we loved the kayaking and beach. We will be back
