I did not have a good experience at all. I booked 6 nights and only stayed 1 because of how bad my room was. It was dirty and smelled of smoke, even though it was supposed to be no smoking. There were stains everywhere, the A/C was blocked by broken blinds so it wasn’t really working, and overall did not match was the booking pictures describe. I was offered no change of room, and when I complained with pictures, they just brushed me off. No partial refund/compensation or accommodation of any kind.

It was relatively clean and the air conditioner cooled well. The location was good. But the equipment was old. The worst part was that there was no power outlet! Only the refrigerator, air conditioner and TV were connected to the electricity, and one of the devices had to be disconnected to charge the mobile phone or laptop!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms but poor air conditioning. The Property was the only high point in an eye sores of surroundings. Good bang for your buck.

The wifi did not work which is absolutely key when traveling. The knob on the bathroom door was open so we could not fully close the bathroom door. I was traveling with a new girlfriend and this was bad. The staff is friendly and professional but the wifi and facilities were not working. Rooms were clean and spacious

Very difficult parking around the area. Narrow roads. Opposite a police station, so the one way entrance to the road is permanently blocked and very difficult to get around. I’m street-wise, so ok the walk around, but I wouldn’t recommended any ladies to walk around st night. During the day it’s safe. Hotel staff, especially George, is friendly. Hotel room decor is below par. Skanky carpet, shower head was blocked, toilet seat was unattached- if it were my hotel I’d spend a coupe of thousand pounds doing the room up. Would I stay there..? For the price, it’s ok. But if you’re into cleanliness, I wouldn’t. Hotel is local to a fantastic location in terms of coffee shops, so every morning I would go there and have a coffee.

Very disappointed
First when we make 2 rooms reservation we choose executive rooms. They gave us the worst rooms. One of the room the bathroom door wasn’t working, and the other one was smelling bad. After complaining about the status of the rooms they gave us another ones, but in bad conditions. Every rooms had rugs in very bad conditions. After few days we asked for undust the room because at the wall the prior client wrote a message and at the front desk’s answer was that we were winning too much. We were paying for a service. Wasn’t for free.

Bonjour nous avons passee in week end a athenes et nous changeons régulièrement d hotel quand nous venons La chambre est dans son jus meriterait une bonne renovation . Mais le principal probleme que nous avons eu c est une coupure d eau generale du quartier le matin donc impossible de se laver et de faire sa toilette , nous avons demandé si l hotel pouvait nous faire une reduction ou un bon d achat pour une autre nuit mais ils ont refusé en prétextant que ce n etait pas leur responsabilité . Nous comprenons bien que ce n etait pas de leur faute mais ils auraient pu faire un geste commercial . Nous ne recommandons pas cet hotel pour cela
