After arriving from a long day of traveling and working, with a reservation booked days before, I was told by the front desk that they had oversold rooms and there was nothing available. I was asked to step aside while several other people behind me were checked in without an issue. I was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do. When asked how I would be refunded, they told me they couldn’t help me and I would need to contact Expedia. Terrible experience overall, unhelpful, incredibly difficult to get in touch with a manger of the hotel or a representative from Expedia.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The fire alarm went off one night during our stay. When I called the front desk to ask if there was a real emergency, I was told “I’m not sure, trying to find out”. Needless to say everything was alright. However, the staff should be better prepared or know how to respond in situations like that.

Be aware of the pet fee. Hotel charges 50 bucks per pet, per night, even if the rooms are never cleaned. When I ask what was these fee for, front desk couldn't explain. You can spend as much as the room per night in FEES, which is no the standard for other hotels, when usually is "per STAY"

Poor choice of breakfast items that guests must pay for- we went to Bagel Boys 1 mi away. Zero amenities. Had to ask for welcome bag- water & chips ahoy! We have travelled extensively and never experienced anything like this. When looking at invoice, on top of GA tax, city & count tax there was a charge for room revenue.
