The room was very nice and the hotel itself was in a convenient location for what I needed. The area of around the property appeared to be only average - not unsafe. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice and the staff even nicer! The outside was a little rough but the inside made up for it. My only issue was the pool it needed to be cleaned badly. Overall I’d stay there again

AC didn’t work and roaches everywhere. Switched rooms and still roaches everywhere. We got take out and had to throw it out roaches were on it in mins. Was up all night killing roaches on ceiling. Homeless all over property. Very loud fights outside made us scared to leave the rooms. Bathroom floor was so sticky we even watched it by hand with soap and water and still sticky and gross! Couldn’t let our one year old who just started walking touch the floor. My wife and 8 year old were scared to stay there. We should have just left and gotten a new hotel. Breakfast buffet missing items at opening. Got back to room to pack and found roaches on our luggage so had to go through everything! Super late for our special vacation plans. Complete nightmare. Wouldn’t stay here for free!

The only thing that sucked really was when we came back to our room, the cleaning crew knocked my navage off the counter and broke the nose piece and didn’t tell me about it or anything. I would have liked if they called or even left a note and an apology…

The dividers between room have ZERO sound deadening. Our neighbors were not loud, but we could hear them talking late at night. We also have a baby and it made for a stressful night when he would wake up and cry, because we knew our neighbors could hear us too. We did find a roach bug by our TV after we ordered food, and one of our bath towels had large holes in it. Staff was nice and helpful.

From the outside the property looks questionable and there is lots of goose (?) poop right outside the doors that would be easy to step in. However, upon entering, the inside is clean and updated. The rooms are also nice and updated. The gym was subpar. They could put a few more free weights in there (15 or 20 lbs if you're taking suggestions ;) ) Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Overall a good stay for one night.

The stay was good and the room was clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was our air was messed up and we had to turn it way down and keep fan running all night to keep us cool. I would stay again though!
