"Awful stay, do not recommend. Room 3302 This hotel is in dire need of renovations. Our stay was plagued by a long list of issues. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The front desk staff, particularly the woman who checked us in, was no happy doing her job. Basic amenities like hair dryer and refrigerator not working. After 2 night stayed I ask for housekeeping and clean towels never happened, and ice machines were malfunctioning not Ice at all. Vending machines don't work either The elevators were old and creaky, making us feel unsafe every time we used them. Overall, a terrible experience. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend you look elsewhere."

Nice hotel It was clean and had great amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast. Only issues I had was the ice machine was sometimes out of ice and the low flow toilets. Shower pressure could have been better Other than that great cozy little place. I would definitely stay again :)!

Save your money , first upon arrival they told me I couldn’t check in early because there was a fee and when I was ready to pay ,the lady told me there is no early check in because there aren’t any clean rooms with a very nasty attitude,when I asked to downgrade my room because of the time conflict she told me “did you just read non-refundable “ no modifications, then when I asked to speak with the manager he was standing right next to her and almost fanned me away without even looking up ,your better off at a motel 6 for anything

Great for what we needed and price point. It has a charming and spacious courtyard area. The front desk worker was amazing ! Very friendly and knowledge. Always greeted us when coming and going. We split some coffee on the way out and the breakfast worker was upset with us and brought the mop to us to clean up.

Worst Stay Ever!!!
I arrived 25 min early asked for an early check in which has never been an issue and any of my previous Country inn stays at other locations. I was told $50 with a nasty attitude in her tone. I opted to wait wasn’t paying for just 25 min. I then went back to the counter at 2 min till 3 pm as she called me back to the counter I then asked for a room on the 1st floor she told me none were available. Then after she gives me a room on the 3rd floor I here a couple asking the other guy checking g them in if their was anything available on the 1st level he told them yes there are then I looked at her and asked for a corporate number she told me she didn’t have it. Then as you can see in the pics they give you rooms they don’t even check this room had ceiling pieces dropping everytime a door opened or closed and when brought to her attention again with an attitude she says so what are you trying to change your room still nothing available on the 1st floor I told her don’t worry when I return I’ll take pics and locate a corporate number myself when I returned it was cleaned up even though I had already taken my pics. The morning I was leaving there was a guy at the counter asked him for the corporate number and he gave it to me but was hesitant in giving me her name when I asked for it after describing her I told him he could give me her name or his then he says it’s Micey then I left. I will never stay here again !👎👎👎👎
