My family got stuck in the elevator twice with once being over 30 minutes and the fire department had to respond and break into the elevator to rescue us! This happened two separate days! Although we allegedly were reimbursed this issue has been an ongoing issue according to the Firefighters! They said the first day they could see metal that was causing it to malfunction!

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean. I especially appreciated the hard flooring in the room. It made it “seem” cleaner. There’s no getting around the noise from the busy road next to the property, but we slept well. The bed was very comfortable. My wife was happy.
