The tv was out for a day! The parking you had to pay 50 dollars a day the 100 dollar security fee was used for the parking because they knew there was no parking around the parking garage across the street sucked couldn’t get out…valet parking was quick but very packed. Pool had roaches someone’s child used the bathroom in the pool the 10 dollar coupons you couldn’t use at the same time you had to use one per day so you might as well should just get breakfast somewhere where you know your going to be satisfied the gift shop was to expensive on top of paying for all the fees in a rundown hotel that wants to be something that it’s not… money was put all into the Lobby and not the rooms!

The parking was not good at all. The cost was ridiculous and there was no parking on the property unless you paid $50 bucks a day ridiculous

The room was my main issue! Black mold is the bathroom, dust everywhere and the walls smh! I don't know what happened there but there was huge water balloon like splatters. Although im sure those stains weren't actually water. The other issue was just the pure chaos of getting in and out by valet. We used the parking garage across the street and just walked over.

The toilet seat was broke ,the tv was out for a day no service, A family wit small children were yelling and screaming in the hallway for a hour and pulled the fire alarm !! Staff very nonchalant about these problems.

TV’s weren’t working. I showed as in a “vacant” room my entire stay and was assigned to a whole different room I was completely unaware of. Valet took 30 minutes at least to get my car each and every time I requested it. The price of the hotel, valet, and breakfast was just not worth it at all.

The room had bed bugs, roaches and stains in the bed. This hotel fooled people into thinking it was a 4 star hotel but in reality it’s a 1 star hotel.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we entered the money it was chaos. People drinking and smoking outside until 3am, the area did not feel safe. The room, it was dirty and grimy, with a strong smoker smell despite being a non-smoking room. Things got even worse when we discovered **bed bugs** in the bed. After notifying the front desk, they switched us to another room(they were kind but I did not want to stay there). While we didn’t find bed bugs in the new room, the sheets were covered in stains, leaving me feeling gross and disgusted the entire stay. I had booked through Expedia, and when I asked about leaving, the hotel told me they wouldn’t be able to offer a refund, trapping us in this uncomfortable situation. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

I’m leaving an HONEST review. I liked that it was in a close vicinity of what plans we had for the evening. I liked that it was clean & nice looking for the most part. I did not like the misleading room pictures, stains on my sheets even though they are washed they were stained. The descriptions online are vague & seems they put more money into the lobby then bedrooms. You are only offered valet parking which is super inconvenient to pay $50 per night when there is already a fee per day for destination fees. Be sure to read everything carefully, I did. Ask all the questions necessary. While upon the trip my husband and I received 2 $10 vouchers for money off food/ beverage which was nice except we stayed two nights & no one informed me only one voucher per day used, so we missed out on one of them. They would not even let me give it to someone else so it was wasted. Then the small breakfast biscuits they offer they are about $8 & for that pay you might as well go grab breakfast to enjoy it. You’ll have to pay for parking across the street which can basically cost about $30 or more a day.
