Antonio and Jasmine were awesome front desk reps! Now as for the hotel itself, there is a need to upgrade a few things. The hotel is in a great spot to go either north Atl or downtown with it being a big drive. Overall it was a great stay.

This hotel location was recommended by a friend that lives in Atlanta. It was a good choice because it was right at the interstate and minutes away from the Perimeter Shopping Area. The hotel was nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Our initial room didn’t have air, so we had to pack up and move to another room. Our next room had low water pressure in the sink, I didn’t like that, but we dealt with it. The front desk staff on all shifts weren't that friendly at all, but they did assist quickly with my room change issue and anytime we needed anything, they assisted quickly. Overall, no major complaints at all. I did wish the rooms came with a microwave, but I would stay here again for sure.

I’ve left a review already, but it’s asking for another one. I will say this besides everything being almost perfect during my stay, there’s a room next to mine but it’s not a room you rent, I think it’s a washroom. And it gets so loud. But When I have the ac running I can’t hear the noise beside me. I was staying in room 232. It’s non-stop all day. The most you don’t hear anything is a hour or two then it’s back on. Throughout the day n night.

WARNING!!!!
Let’s just see if you have kids or here for family start looking for another hotel. I left my room with my kids and my wife. We had our clothing laid out for when we returned. We would be able to change when we came back. One of the beds was covered with blood fresh blood and so was my son’s white T-shirt that we laid out for him to change into when we got back. I took photos and I made a complaint to the front desk. No one knows what happened. They inquired about. Maybe it leaked from the ceiling seriously but there was no residue on the ceiling so they offered to move to another room the room they moved to. I went to the front desk and told them about it. Someone came in and told me he cleared it out and it should cool off in a second. We left the roof for a few hours and came back. The temperature had risen me being afraid to be put on the street with kids and it never happened and we had to sleep in this uncomfortable situation for two nights. I requested a refund or even a different room to satisfy us. Nothing happened and they started treating me as if it was all my fault somewhere else if you ask me, someone intruded our room when we were not there and some type of accident happened where someone started bleeding and they didn’t bother to clean it up. They just left the room. I have more photos, but my level of professionalism worked allow me to upload them. I tried working with these people about their mistakes and nothing happened. Everything just got worse.

What a mess. The first room had no air conditioning and it’s only 90 degrees today. The shower didn’t drain, no towels were in the room. We finally said it was too many strikes and went back downstairs. They put us in another room and the shower and AC are great but no television in this one. At this point even my kids are just laughing at how bad this experience has been. We are here for my husbands heart appointments and procedures at Emory so it’s not a fun trip and this certainly didn’t help! The man at the front desk has tried to help but he says there is only so much he can do. Lesson learned, not coming back to this one!
