We were called the evening before our stay and was told that thre was going to be water turn offs after 11:00 and back on at 5......Should have been told about renovation construction by Hotels.com I was quoted an anount but the price was higher at desk when checking in Drury said there was an additional dEPOSIT CHARGED FOR INCIDENTALS? bUT IT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN A WEEK TO 10 DAYS. ALSO NOT TOLD THIS BY HOTELS.COM iM WAITING FOR MY REFUND - bEDS WERE UNUSUALLY SOFT THE PLACEMENT OF THE DESK FOR YOUR COMPUTER IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FAN AIR CONDITIONING AND hEAT WHICH BLOWS SO HARD i COULD NOT WORK THERE! tHE BREAKFAST i BELIEVE WAS MADE WITH POWDERED EGGS AND NO BUTTER JUST SOYBEAN OIL SPREAD.RATED ABOUT 1 - 2 STARS..

Convenient location
Due to a delayed flight I had to spend the night in Atlanta. It was a short but ok stay. If pool and hot tub were either open later in the evening or earlier in the morning I would have used them. It’s very close to the interstate and train tracks so a bit noisy. They do leave earplugs and snacks in the room which is nice.

check in was difficult, staff member seemed bored fed up and disinterested. she was rude, unhelpful and if asked a question sucked her teeth and mumbled i don't know. not very welcoming, check out was great, but given the poor welcome, leaving check out clerk struggled to improve our opinion

We checked in late after traveling 8 hours. We are in our late 60’s and were exceptionally tired. The clerk gave us a room on the 4th floor facing the interstate. All night traffic noise filtered through a fan running on high and the a/c on high to help drown out the noise. No such luck. Then at 4:05 am, a train on the track just outside our room goes through blowing its whistle. When we woke up at 0800 I went to take a shower and when I picked up my wash cloth, it appeared to have blood stains on it. Yuk! My husband went to get coffee and it was in a word - awful. We have stayed at many Drury’s as we travel and this was by far the worst. We have always had excellent stays with Drury. We are from Cape Girardeau MO where the Drury’s are from and this is very disappointing to say the least. If I could give it a less than “1” star I would.

Always amazing
It's always a great stay. They were doing construction in the lobby area so they had a temporary lobby set up and the primary lobby was closed off. Their website did indicate that they were renovating the lobby so this wasn't a surprise. They still had the nightly kickstart and the morning buffet. The construction had no impact on our stay.
