Wet floor /damage items weekend stay
Our neighbor next door flooded his room and it came into our room and wet some of our items that was sitting on the floor…. We tried to move into another room but none were available at the time, the maintenance guy tried to get up as much as possible but it was still wet with an odor. We placed towels on the floor just to walk around the room and when we asked for fresh towels they were all out due to being booked for the weekend and the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday

We arrived earlier than check in time the first that was there was working with us to get a clean room but once she was off shift the next lady was very nasty and rude and don’t let us get a room for hours she didn’t give us a room until she heard me say I was calling corporate office

Worse service and hotel room ever
Well checkin was a nightmare. Arrived at 2:30pm. Checked in. Got my room keys. We left to go to an event. Came back around 10pm. Could not get in our room. Attenant stated that i did not have a reservation and domt know how i got the keys. Showed proof of payment .. and email from reservation... it was a mess. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lady working the breakfast room on Saturday morning did an amazing job even though the area was extremely busy. The hotel overall could use some upgrades but we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
