We booked a room with 2 queen beds but were given a room with just 1 bed which would not work for us. They moved us to a room with a king bed and pull out couch. The pull out was not comfortable and the air conditioning didnt work.

I transferred my stay to a friend, it was fully paid for and I called previously to make sure everything was ok. When he went to check in, he was told it wasn't and the person checking him in said "the credit card on file is going to be charged one way or another tonight" which was an uncalled comment coming from a front desk check in clerk. My friend called me to let me know, I called both PayPal and Expedia and was told by both that the room had been completely paid for in February. Manager was called and quickly figured out the front desk clerk was wrong and commented that the front desk clerk was a new employee. The front desk clerk needs to be informed that I am a paying customer and making comments like she did is unprofessional.

The blinds in my room didn’t work. My daughter had to stand on the couch to pull the outside blind down and to put it back up. I stepped on carpet barefoot where it met the wood flooring and my foot got stabbed by metal sticking up in the frayed carpet. The carpet was frayed along the seam to the wood flooring and I didn’t notice before stepping on it. The faucet in the bathroom didn’t drain but maintenance did come up and fixed that right away. There was no working outlet in the bathroom so we had to get ready in the room with the blinds offering dim light or full exposure. Also, we didn’t know we were in a handicapped room and water came out from the shower all over the floor that created a mess. Had we known ahead of time, we could have tried to minimize the water coming out onto the floor where a drain was at. The maintenance guy was very nice but these were issues out of his control. I don’t feel like this room, a king suite, was adequate for guest the way it was during our stay.

This property has been under renovation. Our room was a renovated one but: first we did not request an accesible one and got a roll in / roll out shower which, in our case which we do not need one makes it un comfortable and ends up with a mess on the bathroom floor. The curtains did not work, the materials used in the renovation are cheap. Internet did not work because they were re wiring it, which is understandable but a heads up with an alternative would have been great. In a nut shell an OK place to spend a night if the price is cheap.

My stay at this hotel was very smooth and comfortable and overall made for a great trip. We had a quick trip in for a show. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, staff was the perfect amount of engaging while also being nice and respectful. Hotel room was clean as well as the general areas of the hotel that I saw were clean as well. Overall, this hotel was a great selection.

I stayed for business and it was central to my needs. Old building will have issues that a new building won't, I saw a maintenance crew every day of my stay. NOT a big issue, in fact it tells me that the manager cares! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
