This is a nice property, however none of the staff seem to understand customer service. They talk to each other and sit around making customers wait. Even asking for butter for your toast seems like a major inconvenience. The check in process seemed more like immigration into a hostile country who doesn’t want you there.

We stayed here for son’s graduation. The hotel overall was fine and we didn't have too many issues. The staff was friendly, our rooms was comfortable but the room layout was strange. Bathroom lighting was alittle too dim for me. Room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. We tried the breakfast, wasn't too impressed. Not many dining options in the hotel and the surrounding area didn't have much to offer that was inexpensive. The lounge was nice and depending on the bar staff some were pleasant while others were not. Be careful, they add tips to your bill. On our last day leaving the valet couldn't find our car. Disappoint it took at 30 minutes to get our car.
