The shower barely puts out any water. The glasses in the room were not clean. Aside from that the hotel was fairly nice and the breakfast was pretty good. This place gets fairly crowded with soccer teams.

Hyatt really disappointed. The management was rude when I raised concerns. The bed were missing comforters. I needed to work. I had a desk and an ottoman rather than a chair. Housekeeping was sporadic. We were left without sheets for a few days. When I raised concerns, I was told that this was not a full service hotel. This is my second poor experience at a Hyatt. Not sure if this a brand issue or isolated to certain hotels.

The room was updated but dirty, it looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week, my socks were filthy form just walking around the room. The property looks very dated, maybe it’s new to Hilton and they’re going to be renovating. The front desk staff were all very nice. The gym was old and dreary. The breakfast was a 3/5 and it said it closed at 9am and the food was literally cleared by 9. The surrounding area has a bunch of restaurants and fast food as well as a shopping center so it’s not bad. Probably not a place I’d book again.

I love this hotel! The rooms are terrific! Nice lady who checked me in helped me set up so I could watch Netflix on the TV from my iPad, very sweet! I’d definitely recommend this property, close to the mall, close to the highway, (but not too close). Five stars in my book for sure.
