They need to be upfront about the $150.00 deposit as well as the fact that they don't actually have hotel parking. It is $45 to valet park per day or you have to pay for each additional half hour that you park the car in the parking structure adjacent to the hotel unless you leave it until the next day, then it's $23.00. If you leave and then when you return for the night, its an additional $23.00. So for one night we paid $18 to park because we had parked the car in the structure for about 1.5 hours and then we returned for the rest of the night. When we left the next morning, we owed an additional $23.00. The parking is very expensive in addition to the deposit. The additional cost may make you rethink the stay, but the hotel is nice and the rooms are beautiful. Also, the room didn't include a microwave.

Always enjoy our stay here. Fairly priced, dog friendly and great breakfast. We had some issues with our sink and power outlets but staff was very quick to address them. A well run hotel in Atlanta. Will definitely be back.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in and I would come back. The vibe here was very relaxing from the social hour they had to the bar! Top tier and within distance to State Farm Arena for all of their events. Personnel were also very kind and welcoming.

Poor Customer Service
Front desk customer service was very poor. I evacuated from FL due to hurricane Milton I was not able to make check in due to excessive traffic. I arrive valet would not park my vehicle because it was too big according to staff (I drive an f250 completely stock) never had a problem anywhere else. I try and check in and front desk lady tells me my stay was cancelled due to not making in check in. I had paid for my nights before hand and they cancelled my stay. I ask for availability to book a new room and without checking she tells me there’s no rooms available. I go back on hotels.com and see there’s availability so I book a room. The poor service continued when I requested refund they charged me the night I was not able to make check in for.
