Big hole on the outside of the building. Both rooms were infected with roaches. I spoke to the manager about it. No other rooms were available They were too much roaches all over the room.

The carpets were stained really dirty... couch in room torn... ceiling outside property broken, walls in room stained ...i don't know how it got a 6.6 rating but very clearly that's not true. The redeeming qualities are that (1) The staff were very friendly / helpful/ professional (2) it was close to the airport (3) it had a shuttle bus that takes one to the airport for free (4) Free Breakfast

The room was nice and clean. The bedroom door was off level and there were no sheets or blankets nor pillows for me he pull out couch in the living room. Went down to the front desk and asked for them the desk person said go back to the room and someone will bring them, no one ever showed up! Breakfast was ok they didn’t have butter, jelly or cream cheese for toast and bagels.

All ok but main disappointment is breakfast. Cold bread, before heating No cream, butter or peanut butter. Have jam in jar. Hot food scramble egg and beef i think! Should have atleast potato or something else to cater vegan too. Told them on first day and on 2nd day also dont have. Look like they dont have budget. Yogurt was frozen. Room was fine. Couch was not clean though, as if food sprinkle. No shower soap, lucky i got my own. They have only hand soap. Bed was comfortable no doubt.

We booked the king executive room. The upholstery on furniture is stained and tattered. Bathroom floors are sticky, desk and other hardwood areas are peeling, knicked. The air- conditioner cannot be used because it is screeching and a deafening pitch. The security lock is falling off the door frame, screws barely holding it on and each time I leave the room, the door card no longer works. No other room was available accirding to Sam, at the desk. No coffee or tea bags at the in-room bar and no tea bags available at the desk.until morning, according to Sam. If I wasnt so exhausted and it wasnt so late, I would demand a refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Do not be fooled by online pictures.

This La Quinta is the worst one we have ever stayed out. The building needs repair, furniture stained and soiled, lobby flooring lifting up, etc, etc. our room was dirty, the shower didn't operate cause the divertor valve is broken, big red and black stains on the carpet,no internet on the 4th floor and broken closet door mirror. On top, there was a big dead cockroach. Will be seeking a refund.
