Very Awesome!
Let me start off with the host was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The apartment was absolutely amazing. You can not go wrong with this place. The neighbors were quit with no issues. Everyone around was very nice. The location was very nice you can literally walk and grab some food. We would definitely recommend.

Rude and Creepy
Lock box located out in the stairwell with simple code. Only one set of keys which is understandable as a homeowner sharing his space to strangers but leaves a woman uneasy traveling alone. Overstocked on nightlights throughout the apartment. Out of place weird stuff animal with a hole in the bottom of it. All these red flags began to make me feel uneasy. I dropped off my stuff Thursday afternoon and went straight to the Gas Station Convention center for Regional Congress. The night lights were not noticed until my later arrival after 10pm Thursday night. After walking the apartment and seeing all the night lights, stuffed animal, locked closet door with a key pad (I'm sure its for storage but nonetheless it is not disclosed so who's to say it's not a hiding spot for pep-n-tom) , plus all the Bluetooth connections when everything is powered off. I felt unsafe staying in the apartment. I left and spoke with the homeowner the next morning and he was very aggressive and rude. Fought with him and Vrbo the entire weekend while working and did not get the issue resolved. Didn't even stay at the property, out of pocket for a hotel, and not getting refunded. NEVER AGAIN. If you want to feel safe and your privacy is important I'd suggest NOT staying here. Host is RUDE. On top of all this researching the host he has a production company located in the same plaza. VRBO failed the traveler.

Too many steps for 73+ years old people.
Nothing I read about walking three flights of stairs. 4 adults got 4 towels for. 3 night stay. Person stated they were not a hotel. Although linens were supposed to be furnished.

Absolutely perfect
My daughter and I stayed for a weekend event at the gas south convention center. I can highly recommend. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked to cook and close to a variety of restaurants. Host is extremely responsive and helpful! We will be back

Super for Sugarloaf and Great for Gas South visits
Stayed 5 fabulous nights for my niece’s wedding in Sugarloaf. The property was ideal for us - me, husband and 2 daughers - busy with family festivities, events and activities in Duluth and Atlanta. Conveniently located off 85 and proximate to Gas South arena, too. The unit was clean, well appointed, warm and comfortable. The community is very safe/secure with a beautiful gym and terrific resort style pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby and on prem was awesome. Tyler Property Management was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. We will be back!
