Overall not great. The website said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast served, "because they were renovating." The room’s floor had some dust and debris when I came in and one of the towels had a long hair on it. The location is noisy, being near the airport. It’s not impossible to sleep, but it is hard to fall asleep. The doors and windows should be soundproofed.

Pro: hot water, toilet paper, fridge, airport shuttle Con: no closet, no microwave, no coffee in room, no breakfast, no TV remote (someone came to the room after second request and got a remote programmed after 40 minutes) Desk clerk chatted on her phone the entire time we checked in, then stopped us when we were going to our room to make sure no one was already in that room. Microwave ovens stacked in the hall. Hallway floor splattered with paint.

The property is run down. There is no breakfast or shuttle so they are scamming people by listing those as options. The floor in the room was clearly not cleaned in a very long time. The towels had a smell like they needed replaced 5 years ago. I did not see one cleaning person anywhere. Truly a disgusting expirience and if I wasnt on a budget I would have left immediately.

No longer a pet friendly hotel!!
After I got to the hotel, I completed the entire registration process and then was informed that they changed their pet policy to therapy pets only! That’s because they are required to accept them by law! Anyway, I had my cat with me, so the reservation & registration process had to be cancelled. I was back to square one and I sat in their lobby and looked for another pet friendly hotel where we could stay until the hurricane passed in Florida. It would have been nice if they would have let Google know that they were no longer a pet friendly hotel as that would have prevented a lot of trouble and angst for me!!

It is a hotel that is very good on the outside but inside it is very neglected and old. There was no breakfast because they do not have an area designated for this.
