was thrilled with the service from the Omni. Because it was our wedding night, they upgrade us to a suite on a high level floor. That was a huge deal for us. They were attentive to detail and very accommodating for our late arrival.
The room however was a disappointment. The lighting in the bathroom and vanity area was exceptionally dim and made it hard for my wife to apply her makeup the following morning. In addition, the coffee maker was a major issue. One water container was cracked and wouldn't hold water and the other container had mildew in the bottom. They did bring us a replacement, but both reservoirs had mildew spots in the them as well. We just decided we would purchase coffee the next morning. There was also no microwave in the room which we found odd for this level of hotel and I had to go to a different floor to heat water for tea. Finally, there were no fans in either the bathroom or the toilet area. Keep in mind this is a luxury hotel and a SUITE that we were in. Just seemed a little stripped down for the price.
