Check in was very quick and professional. Desk clerk was very freindly. Lobby, hallways, elevators were clean. Room was spacious and inviting. Only draw back was the absence of a microwave. Had to go downstairs to the hotel store area to use it. Overall, great 4 night stay.

Not enough sugar in room, complimentary drinking water for coffee or tea. Carpets in Hotel are gross. Breakfast grits aweful. Maintenance staff complaining about work and pay in elevator. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

I deserve a refund
I deserve a refund. They put me in three jankyass rooms. The first had a broken door. I haven’t even got inside and the manager had the audacity to want me to wait on maintenance in the hallway with all of my stuff. No. Move onto the second room… The electrical was so rigged that none of the lights work properly and wires were sticking out of the light switch. You flipped it and random lights were just flash. You couldn’t turn the light off. So fast forward to an hour after I got there after driving eight hours, they take us to the third room… they have a regulator on the shower so if you turn on hot water, there’s no water. I couldn’t even wash my hair. I stormed out at 5 AM demanding a refund.

The hotel uses what they call a marketing scent system. Basically all the air in common areas small like men’s Axe cologne and it’s OVER done. Nowhere to get away from it unless you close yourself in your room. I have pretty bad allergies to perfume and my husband has asthma. We both left the next day breathing challenged. Never staying at a Radisson again.
