Our stay was last minute. Everything was great except the drain in the bathroom sink didnt drain. We had to stick something in it to lift up the drain.

No room fridge or microwave was not great for a longer stay. Bed fell to the middle not matter what. Room with conference was at least 80 the entire day which was very uncomfortable for learning.

Nice property for a couples weekend getaway! Prime location for activities day or night, and there was even a Publix a stone’s throw away for picking up a forgotten item. By far the most impressive factor was the customer service! The staff was ever attentive and eager to address a concern. The hot buffet breakfast was also very nice😊

Our stay was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. At 2 a.m., the smoke detector in our room began chirping due to a low battery. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time. Instead of fixing the issue, we were moved to a different room, which was a downgrade from what we had originally booked. The new room was uncomfortably hot, smelled unpleasant, and did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness. This experience was far below the standards we anticipated, and we would not recommend staying here.

Noisy but safe hotel

The building is pretty old, but the maintenance of this hotel is good. A lot of noise came from outside of the room, like snoring, TV sounds from next door, people talking from outside of my room, etc. This hotel didn't smell pot. I loved it!

The front desk assistant while checking in was a bit rude and could have been a bit more courteous. At the same time, one of the managers, Mr. Sumith was very friendly and was really checking on us everyday. The front desk staff at the time of check out was very cooperative and helped us to extend the stay by 1 hour

The front desk staff was kind of rude and indifferent. The breakfast was great. The staff at breakfast was great. The facility was nice but aging. It was clean. My room was good. There was an issue with the HVAC so it was kind of cold. They did get this fixed during my stay. I would stay again, but I just would understand that the front desk, with whom I had very little content, are not going to be important to my stay.

Cheap and conveniently located

Hotel is old and out of date. In serious need of a remodel. Indoor pool was closed due to maintenance. Breakfast was overpriced and eggs were cold. Bacon and biscuits weren’t made fresh and were reheated. Water pressure in toilet was very weak. AC in room never got cold enough. Price of hotel was very cheap for a reason. Would have been much worse if it were more expensive.
