Worst trip in this hotel !!
We arrived at 2:45 pm and the host had a rude attitude from the beginning, about my check in time !!! Even though the check in time was 3 pm , the host could have had empathy or at least, had a satisfactory attitude toward the 15 mins until 3:00 pm saying “ rudely “ the hotel has a check in time at “ 3:00 pm “ Also my stay was 3 days and my card needed to be scanned for entry to our room, the( SAME) HOST at the front desk around 2 pm was again” RUDE” with having me wait while performing another task instead of putting the customer first , He had no rush of urgency but instead, was in no hurry to manage my situation with the key!! The microwave was damaged, several stains on the carpet floor plus cigarette smokers leaving the doors to the exit open with , cigarette smoke entering the walk way of the hotel floor , instead of the host being rude , he should have been on his job , making sure the hotel was tip top .. Just a bad experience all around !!!

This hotel was the nastiest Sonesta I’ve ever been to! It stunk, my hotel room had water damage on the walls, carpets stained. Prostitute outside … receptionist not very informative..NO ELEVATOR!! What hotel doesn’t have an elevator!!

If you’re just looking for some where cheap to lay your head. This is the place. No bed bug problem. This place really needs an upgrade and deep cleaning. The carpets are filthy throughout the entire hotel. The phone didn’t work. Overall we slept well.

Very busy area, rooms were not so decent. Furniture was stained and looked like pets scratched them. Absolutely no real breakfast options. We had ants in our bathroom on the first floor. The hotel has residents that actually lives there. My daughter complained about itching after sleeping one night and one night only. I kinda have nothing positive to say besides we made it through our one night. But we won’t be returning ever again. Thanks. Future reference, don’t just go by the pics online. Treat it like a home and view it before you buy it.
