Don’t stay here. Horrible staff
Waited at the front desk for 10 mins before someone showed up to check us in. Was never asked if I valeted a vehicle was never told how much it was or any details expect about breakfast. My room was cleaned but room cleared didn’t leave towels. Tried calling front desk but in room phone didn’t work. Had to use my cell and sit on hold for 10-15 mins. They told me towels were on the way. The towels never came. My wife and myself had to dry off with wash clothes. Hotels.com room cost was $381 and the hotel final bill a the property was $555. Horrible staff that are lazy and rude. This hotels needs a corporate visit or someone to go undercover.

The staff was absolutely not friendly, I could almost say rude. This hotel is rated as a 4.5 stars but it doesn't deserve its rating. The rooms are not soundproofed, so you could hear people in the surrounding rooms. The heating/a/c was so noisy that it woke us up at night. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 4.5 star hotel with friendly staff.

Rooms are small, walls are thin, we were on 5th floor and you can hear people talking on the street. We got back to our room one night and it smelled like someone was smoking in our room. The only answer I initially got from the front desk is “we’re too full to move you” but I said that’s fine, I just want the smoke to stop, I had my kid with and it was gross. They sent security up but he couldn’t find the source although he could smell it. We never got any feedback as to what happened? There was little to no concern when we checked out. The whole hotel is apparently non smoking? Also, housekeeping didn’t clean our room at all during our 2 night stay. Property is very old, parking is so confusing so we just paid $55 per day for valet. Had zero info on what other options there were? Didn’t want to drive around downtown looking either.

Staff was friendly. Lots to do nearby. The only drawback was dining closes a bit early. Overall our stay was great
