Check in sign at front desk says no check ins till 3. I got there 5 minutes early. Waved at to come back. Then said computers aren't updated till then. Not a good start. Breakfast was good.

Just terrible!
I never leave reviews unless something is really good or really bad…this one is really bad! I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 2 nights with my son for a basketball tournament! I did not book a hotel room where the door lead to the outside where the highway is right behind a fence, I knew it wouldn’t be safe for us to stay there, but the front desk couldn’t/wouldn’t help to provide a room that was inside of the building! When we checked out the room, it reeked of smoke, the bathroom had 2 long dark hairs that I saw right away, the toilet seat was not connected. It literally felt like we were in a horror movie. We absolutely could not stay there, so we left hoping we could find another hotel to stay and thank goodness we did!! Do not stay here! I tried to get a refund and have been told that I can’t get one! Very disappointing!!

Very dirty floors, dirty room, dirty breakfast area! There is no cold water on the 4th floor. No ice machine on the 4th floor! Please, never stop there if you want to be safe and comfortable!
