Fresh/clean/easy stay
Stayed with my elderly mother and two younger children. The quarters are larger and brighter than appear in the photos. Very clean and fresh, no odors. View was outstanding and easy access to pool (which my kids used every day) and the beach. Really nice place and location. Food lion grocery, and other common amenities 5 min away.

Beautiful Views and Sounds
Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing was relaxing. The deck is spacious and comfortable and a great place to sit as the sun goes down. Our kids loved eating dinner on the deck one night. We watched lightening for hours over the water late one night. The location is super convenient to Atlantic Beach (and the other towns on the island) as well as Beaufort which we enjoyed. Don't hesitate to book this property!

Fantastic place for so many reasons : 1- Beautiful views 2-Well maintained 3- Fully equipped with everything you would need- we were there for Thanksgiving meal so this was put to the test! 4-Excellent Host I could go on... One of the best on the Crystal Coast
Excellent location and lovely accommodations. Hurricane Ian chased us away a day early and I was so disappointed. Nicely appointed kitchen, with most everything you could want. Wonderful porch with a beautiful view of the ocean. And the elevator is a life-saver for a parent using a walker. Definitely one of my favorite rentals n the area. I’ll be back!

Even Better Than Expected
Our getaway was everything that we could have hoped for ... even better than expected! Photos didn't begin to capture the highlights of the condo: super-clean, charming decor, well-stocked with every need anticipated, and offering panoramic views of the ocean. A deep, covered porch was perfect for watching and listening to the waves and to admiring gorgeous sunrise and sunset skies. There were very few people on the beach and we literally had the pool to ourselves every day. Steve, our host, was responsive and gracious before our arrival and throughout our stay. We can't wait to return!

This is one of our favorite spots at AB and this particular unit was outstanding! Well-maintained and very clean, it had all the amenities you could possibly want for a beach vacation. Great view, easy beach access were pluses. Host made it easy to use and was very good in communicating. Would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Morning coffee on the oceanfront porch, easy walks to the beach, and cooking together in the well-equipped large kitchen were among the highlights. The location is very convenient as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Very comfortable condo with beautiful ocean view!
We loved staying in this unit! It's 6 minutes from the NC Aquarium and just 20 minutes from great restaurants in Beaufort and access to ferries to the barrier islands. The balcony is spacious - it's open but covered so it's comfortable for relaxing even when it's sunny and hot because there's always a nice ocean breeze. Access to the beach is so easy, it's a quick walk along a boardwalk straight to the beach. The beach is nice, it's mostly sandy with areas great for shelling. The unit is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook. The beds are super comfortable. The location on the second floor is perfect because there aren't too many stairs for carrying stuff to/from the beach yet you're high enough to have a wonderful view of the shoreline. The elevator makes unloading and loading so convenient. The owner was very prompt, friendly and helpful. So many wonderful things about this property, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful ocean front, yet minutes to Morehead and Atlantic Beach
My husband and I had a wonderful time with our 10 year old daughter at Steve's condo. It is the perfect size for a family of four. We stayed here while dropping our younger daughter off at Camp Seafarer for her week of sleepaway camp. We spent most of our time on the wonderful porch hearing the ocean and enjoying the beautiful views. Only quibble is that the rear bedrooms are a little dark, but it's nothing that a couple additional lights can't fix. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We found a great bike rental place, Beach Wheels, and the owner Andrew could not have been nicer. He even delivered bikes to us for free and picked them up again. We also enjoyed the great proximity the Crystal Coast Country Club across the street: a great neighborhood for shaded bike rides or jogs, as well as a nice private golf and tennis facility that allows guests. Well worth checking out. Thank you Steve for a great stay.

Perfect getaway
Steve was a wonderful Host. He was even so gracious to provide us a beach umbrella and a few chairs. The pictures did not do this place justice… It was beautifully spaced out with every accommodation you could imagine. We bought a few extras like salt and garlic salt and rubbing alcohol for little swimmers ears and we left it there for the next person to enjoy. The beach was wonderful as well as the weather and the space was perfect for our family of 5! If we are given the opportunity, we will definitely be back here… The condo was on the second floor which was very perfect for the beach views… There is an elevator on premise so you’re not constantly having to walk up the stairs. And we were the very last condo and nothing was next to us which felt very private and secluded. You are close to most restaurants. We enjoyed table 9 the most and we also ate at the Island Grille which was pretty good… Thank you so much

Amazing Oceanfront Condo
Beautiful condo right on the beach. The porch is so relaxing with a great view! Loved to sit out there and just watch/listen to the ocean. Even saw dolphins!! Short walk to beach or pool. Kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan, utensil we needed. Condo very clean and beautifully decorated. Host Steve easily accessible and accommodating. Brought us a coffee maker in addition to the keurig already there. Thanks for a relaxing, fun stay! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful Ocean Front Beach Condo
The reality is even better than the pictures! You can't hear the waves, sea-gulls, breeze from the pictures, but you absolutely can from the 2nd floor balcony, with its nearly 180-degree view of the beach and ocean. And, when you are ready for your walk or swim you can be there with a 1 minute easy walk. And the condo itself is absolutely lovely, with everything you need in kitchen, two bathrooms, dining table, living room, etc. High marks all around. The location too is perfect, being very close to grocery stores, specialty fish shops, Morehead City and (my favorite for restaurants) Beaufort. Enjoy!

Great Peaceful Location with Nice Amenities
My family of 4 spent a weekend at this location and it was great. The condo was clean, the property owners were very friendly and accommodating. The views from the balcony, easy access to the beach and pool made the weekend unforgettable.
