Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with an ocean view. Pristine, NEWLY renovated, OCEAN VIEW queen suite featuring a NEWLY renovated, OCEAN VIEW wraparound covered deck.
Located in an oceanfront condo community in Atlantic Beach, your private-to-the-community beach access is only a few steps away, and the peaceful ocean view is yours to take in from inside the comfort of your ocean view escape.
---OCEANFRONT BUILDING & OCEAN VIEW SUITE---
The two-story condominium building is oceanfront, and your suite is ocean view. Your second-floor room is on the side of the building on the corner of the building.
From your suite, enjoy an ocean view while soaking in the tranquility of your oceanside beach retreat.
From the wraparound shared deck, you have an expansive ocean view where you can regularly see dolphins swimming by. On a clear day, you can see Shackleford Island where the descendants of the wild Spanish mustangs roam and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse off in the distance.
---OCEANSIDE AMENITIES---
Your ocean view suite is located in an oceanfront condominium community with over 600 ft of direct oceanfront shoreline. There are two direct, private-to-the-community beach access pathways, each with its own covered gazebo with seating. The community pool, charcoal grilling area, and picnic tables are in the middle of the property alongside the dunes, and you can easily walk around the property.
Get cozy in the oceanfront seating on the shared wraparound deck, enjoy the ocean breeze in the gazebo atop the dunes, grill out and relax at the picnic tables, enjoy the outdoor pool, or walk to the beach that is just steps away.
---SUNRISE & SUNSET OVER THE OCEAN---
Atlantic Beach is located on a southward-facing island which, depending on the time of year, gives you the opportunity to see both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean! When the sun does set over the sound vs the ocean, you can take a quick drive across the street down Pelican Drive where the quiet public pier offers beautiful photo opportunities.
---NEWLY RENOVATED---
This gorgeous space is your own personal ocean view escape in Atlantic Beach. We renovated the condo with care and expert craftsmanship to bring peace, tranquility, and luxury to your beach vacation. The overall renovation took place in Spring 2024, and as of September 1, 2024, we installed a BRAND NEW kitchen countertop and backsplash.
