Problems with receipts at check out and check in. Extremely cold in hall ways and the room. Temperature was on COLD in my room so it wouldn’t heat warmer than 65. I had two rooms and both temperature settings were different. Both rooms were under my name and my guest shouldn’t have had to put up his credit card and deposit. It should have been done with me. Very retro way of doing things in this hotel. Please turn up heat. It shouldn’t be freezing in June.

We stayed at the Coastal Inn for a week. We had the King suite which was a good size. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was a bit dated but I understand they are doing renovations so things are getting updated. The couch/chair in the living room area appeared to have a dusty film over them. It didn't rub off on anything but I covered them in a sheet to feel comfortable sitting on them. When we checked in the TV and phones did not work but this was taken care of right away. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would definately stay here again if I were in the area.
