The staff here were excellent. The lobby and breakfast was very nice. The area is very downtown with many restaurants nearby, along with homeless people and dirty streets. Our room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hallway smelled amazing, but our room smelled of old musty cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Once we got back home after a 3 night stay, all of our bags clothes and items smelled like this really gross cigarette musty smell. This is my only issue and we should have mentioned it to the staff right away. It may have only been our room, but we didn’t give staff a chance to let us know.

Someone had clearly been recently smoking in my suite. It disrupted my family’s experience. Additionally, there were numerous big scratches and gouges on the floor where the couch had been moved around.
