Great relaxing stay unfortunately dining for lunch didn’t have separate menu and no breakfast was available either. Also no spa sauna or pool and gym was restricted and undergoing painting so not really available to use .

Great addition to Auckland
Very stylish hotel. This is the place to stay for business in Auckland right now. On the constructive criticism front, I probably would recommend advieh for breakfast as the food was strangely both too rich and somewhat tasteless. I think they are trying a bit too hard and a tweak to the menu would fix an otherwise exceptional place. This is a very minor commment - overall this is by far the best Intercon I have stayed at, and I have stayed at a lot of them!

Nice hotel, very new so condition was excellent. We were room 605, which was set up for disabled persons use. The wet floor shower means the water goes everywhere, we had to use the towels to dry the floor after use. The room was large and comfortable with two queen or king size beds. The only issue I had was the noise of the ventilation from outside (i think it was coming from outside). We had a lovely breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Parking on arrival at the hotel is not easy. Particularly when coming back later in the evening. They need to do something about this.

This hotel is the most technological five star hotel in the NZ. Spacious room and comfortable beds, modern decoration, great breakfast ( you can order from the menu). However the maximum breakfast you can buy is two per room, I booked from Hotels and paid the breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids, however, after we had our breakfast, I was asked to pay 45NZD for two kids. I am so confused. Another thing is there’s no big area for taxi to park and get luggages out or on the car.

Great location, beautiful hotel/room and delicious breakfast buffet. Room was dark and quiet for a restful sleep. Cannot fault.

Lovely new property with rooms that have been cleverly designed and are very classy. Great location, close to everything and walking distance to very good food and shopping along with the harbor and viaduct. Advieh restaurant for dinner is excellent, will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at Intercontinental Auckland. Can’t fault anything during our stay at this new hotel in CBD. The staff went the extra mile to ensure our needs are taken care off, loved their attention to detail in everything especially when we needed help when our daughter was unwell. Breakfast every morning was so amazing. Location was superb. We will highly recommend this place to anyone.
