Kiteroa Studio Apartment

Kiteroa Studio Apartment is set in 6000m2 of park-like gardens in the tranquil and semi-rural area of Whitford / Howick, East Tamaki Heights, Manukau City.

Kiteroa offers the best of both worlds – the peace and serenity of a country estate, yet only 5-10 minutes from major shopping centers and popular east Auckland beaches. There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Kiteroa is only 5 minutes from Botany Town Center and Howick and 30 minutes from Auckland Airport.

The north facing balcony overlooks mature trees and landscaped garden and is home to variety of birds, including tui, kereru, fantail and kingfisher. The studio apartment is a loft over the garage and is completely separate from the main home with its own entry (please note: there are stairs).

The kitchenette has a microwave and refrigerator, with crockery, cutlery and glasses provided. Please note there are no other cooking facilities other than the microwave. All linen is provided, along with a TV, stereo and heat pump. A continental breakfast is included in the tariff.

The spacious studio apartment has a Queen bed and the sofa converts to a double bed.

A little slice of Paradise
Lush, well-tended gardens surround this gorgeous property tucked away in a quiet section of Auckland's surrounding neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our brief stay in the Kiteroa studio and wish that we had budgeted more time in this area. But the standout feature of the property were the hosts. The hosts couldn't have been more kind, generous, and all the words you can think of to describe the ultimate in hospitality. We had a fantastic time!
