With a smile staff offered to book a cab and didn't mention minimum fares. When the cab arrived I was told the minimum fare was $40. As I was only going a couple of Kms so chose to walk. Frustrating. When asked where the nearest shops were, vague instructions were given. No map. Again with a smile as if the question was answered and their job was done. Upon arrival our booking was set up so that we could leave via key drop when we departed in the morning. When leaving staff insisted that we retrieve our key from the key drop, move to another service station and wait while they completed their departure admin. All staff I spoke with had English as a second language and were hard to understand. All were friendly and smiled a lot, though on balance they were unhelpful as they didn't provide correct information, enough details or the service that was promised

Ridiculously overpriced but OK. Bed way too soft but seems to be a cancer on the majority of New Zealand hotels. They all seem to get their beds from the same soft-as-hell bed supplier.

This was poor for Pullman. Phone didn’t work/ bathroom drain was blocked/ got stuck in a lift and dinner was poor in wait and cooking. Mostly we love Pullman hotels but this one totally missed the mark!

The Pullman is always our first choice when staying near the airport. It’s super quiet which is so impressive due to its proximity to the airport.

We loved the hotel. We had just landed from South Island and only needed one night to rest our heads before winging it back to LA. Thankfully I had made a reservation for the hotel restaurant as they ONLY accepted reservations and no walkins. Our server was absolutely lovely but the kitchen really lacked in time management. We had an 8:00 pm reservation and by 9:00 we hadn't gotten our entrees. Our server was so kind and sweet and I felt really bad for her as it wasn't her fault. Once we all got our food it was very good, but it took FOREVER. We ordered dessert and thought perhaps that wouldn't be so bad...wrong. Another 30 minutes at least before she had to go back and ask the dessert chef for it. Wine was delicious!

Very steep property. Have to haul own luggage up steep stairs into rooms. Pitch black at night to walk, so must have flashlight of some sort (not provided)

Just outside of the airport building, excellent location! Excellent design and flash looking for modern living , love the bathroom design and the bathroom ware, showing the elegant atmoaphere! 10/10! 100% will come back for next day early flight again.
