Beautiful home situated on the Savannah River with breath taking views located in Downtown Augusta GA. This 3 story home has 4 bedrooms all with TVs and it’s own full bathroom. You walk into the a 2 story open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a ping pong table. The middle level has the kitchen, dining room, den, master bedroom and large back patio overlooking the River. The bottom level has the 4th bedroom, kitchen/bar area and a screened in back porch. The backyard has its own private dock.

Great property and great host
The property and host are great. The property has plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene interrupted our trip. The host was great in making sure we were safe and the house withstood the storm, and he went above and beyond to give us information about road closures and evacuation routes/timing. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Augusta.

We really enjoyed our time at this home. It even had a neat surprise for the guys with it not being but a walk from a minor league baseball team. We couldn't have stayed in more beatiful home with an amazing view.

A fabulous fun house
The property is beautiful. Has lovely views of the river on a quiet street. There was so much outdoor space to enjoy. We has 10 people for dinner one evening and there was plenty of room for us all. The ping pong table got a lot of use. The owner was super responsive and friendly.

This is a beautiful home located right on the Savanah river. The house is spacious and well furnished. Each bedroom included a private bath. The enclosed screened porch was wonderful and the pet friendly fenced in back yard was a life saver! We took advantage of the games and TVs and the screened porch. We truly enjoyed our stay! 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the River House. Jack, our host, was very responsive. The location is a short drive or healthy walk to downtown Augusta and North Augusta. The en-suite bathrooms were a plus for our group.

Great location, fantastic view, quiet, many stairs
This property was top-notch in every way. Very clean, plenty of seating, kitchen well-equipped with necessary pots & pans for cooking as well as basic spices. The view of the river was fantastic--we only wish it had been warm enough to sit outside. Because this is built into the hillside, this is a multi-story property with many stairs to access the different levels some of which are narrow, as well as single-step changes on the main living floor that transition from living to dining to kitchen with somewhat hard to perceive transitions. This was not a problem for us, but we had to pay careful attention when walking. This might not be the best property for those who have small children or adults who are not so steady on their feet. The location was fantastic--a quiet street that was just a few minutes drive from downtown, AU, the ballpark, etc. with easy access to the walking path along the river.
