It was a terrible stay. This Hotel showed to be an 8.2 on your site and should have been a 2. Thought that we were ok when we walked into the lobby but when we got to the floor, it had an unpleasant odor. No idea what it was. Then walked into the room and it smelled musty. Sprayed it down with Lyson and then walked into the bathroom... the bottom of the shower still had standing water that would not drain and the shower had mold and mildew growth in it. We told the lady at the front desk and she said that she would send someone up but that someone never showed up. Then we went tobget an extra blanket for my son. Sm, when we opened it up l, it had a big hole in it. Usually when its rated an 8 or above on the site we have a good experience. This time it completely missed the mark. We booked 2 of these rooms..... The second was just as musty as the other one. Had to spray it down too but atleast the shower was in a little better shape. Then there was the big roach or water bug.. what ever it was, it was still in the floor when we came down stairs. We have Usually had good look with the other hotels with the same name but we will never, ever stay at another one. This was terrible and i will never believe the rankings on Hotels.com again. Your ranking was severely elevated.

The lady at the front desk checking us in was really nice. The bed and pillows were comfy. However, the batteries were dead in the remote, the tv was old and terrible color/sound quality, the rest of the furnishings were also dated. The worst part was walking into the bathroom and seeing clumps of black hair and black strands everywhere on the ground. After that, we questioned how clean the room really was if we could obviously see hair all over the bathroom floor.

The tv didn’t work pet hair was on the nightstand hair in the shower dust all along the carpet by baseboard. The person that checked us out was irritated. We only stayed one night for a military graduation. Never again will I stay at a best western I usually book Hilton but I wanted to give it chance since it was only a night!!!

Everything was fine but it was apparent that the night stands and top of desk had not been even wiped down. I did take pictures if you would care to see. It did make us wonder how well the rest of the rooms were cleaned.
