He sold my room out and said there was never a confirmation. Hurricanes can bring out the best or worst in people. Im greatgrandmother. Never before have I had this using expedia.

Rented us a room with no power. Didnt say anything about it until we got there. The lady just shrugged at us. Explanation was that 'everyones doing it'

They’re doing construction on the hotel so it’s really loud early in the morning and during the day. The owner is super nice but his wife is extremely rude. Once the construction is finished, I’m sure it would be much better.
