Had paid parking that we weren't aware of. Many things were broken down like their shuttle for the airport, the restaurant, no room service, and they ran out of food and drinks for breakfast both days we were there. Lack of communication as we didn't find out until we tried to use services that they were unavailable. Our bathroom had a lot on water damage around the tub, walls and floor. The beds were old and hard. The pillows are old, flat and not enough were provided in the room. Not sure if it a lack of maintenance or management but I wouldn't recommend this hotel, we were very disappointed. I usually enjoy our stays at Hyatt Place but not this one head to the Hyatt Place by Park Meadows.

I did not like that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, and in the bedroom. Found that to be inconvenient. Also noticed there were what looked like blood stains on the carpet just outside the bathroom, and at the face sink outside the bathroom.

Nothing unique about this property. It states there is a restaurant and bar and that was false information. There was a breakfast, but I unfortunately never ate it. It was super crowded every time I went to eat it and they were out of food and I did not have the time to wait for it to be refilled or wait for a place to sit. The housekeeping was unreliable, two days out of the 5 they didn't come to our room, and other days they did replace the dirty towels.

Mattress was very hard, the water cut off in the middle of my shower twice and breakfast did not serve any meat. I was suppose to stay 3 nights I left after the first night.

I traveled with my husband and 2 young sons. One is 5 and the other is almost 2. They made everything very convient for us. Extra baby crib was brought to our room with nice sheet amd blanket. Very clean. Staff very nice and helpful.
