This room was supposed to be cancelled. Upon arriving was informed the room had no air conditioning and it was 100 degrees outside. It was the only room they had.

Facility needs a lot of updates; water in the bathroom took almost 30 minutes to get warm enough for a shower. Door to the hotel didn’t shut all the way. Building is overall rundown and requiring many updates to keep up with other properties.

This property DOES NOT belong being advertised as a lodging option on Hotels.com This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This property needs to be CONDEMNED. DO NOT book a stay at this property. Photos do not do this property justice. In my room alone (325) upon entering there were holes and stains on every wall. ROACHES scattering for the electrical outlets. A/C not acceptable. Broken and falling apart building exterior across the entire property. Elevator out of order. Endless appalling issues. I took one look and knew I was lied to about the accommodations and decided I had better luck going back to my house that had recently been through a tornado. I was only looking for a place with electricity and internet while our services at home were back online, post-storm. DO NOT allow this hotel to take your hard-earned money. Hotels.com needs to try harder getting my full refund back. So far, their attempt has not been sufficient. Even after requesting a call-back. I wanted to express this verbally before posting to give Hotels.com a chance at a full refund but have not received my requested call, so I am leaving this review. CONSUMERS, TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOSLY. Hotels.com , a full refund is in order. As well as removal of this property from your site before any one of your customers who happens to fall into this trap like I did takes legal action against you. NOT A SAFE PROPERTY FOR ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR FAMILY'S WELL-BEING.

Place to say, if you desperately need to stay.
Elevators were not working. A/C was very loud. Loud atmosphere-people conversing. Mold in bathroom shower. This is a run-down hotel...If you desperately need a place to sleep, this is the place! Refrigerator and microwave worked well. Front desk check-in guy was very kind. Housekeepers did a good job cleaning, and replacing towels.

The worst hotel i've stayed in
The bathroom door did not have a handle.They used a wash cloth tied in or not so you could hold the door closed, The water never got above warm , didn't matter Is what time of the day it was. I got stuck in the elevator between floors two and three I had to crawl out of it and luckily I did not die

Room was good though it was not properly cleaned before I came in. There were bath towels on the bathroom floor with only a few smaller towels available to dry myself off after a shower. There was a half drunken water bottle and a crumbled napkin on the nightstand.

This was the filthiest place we have ever stayed! The shower fixtures were coming off the wall! The mirrors were streaked so badly that you could not see in them! The first room that they sent us to had no toilet seat! We really thought that Wyndham had better standards! Never again! Our money should be refunded!

Disgusting conditions. Do not stay at this absolute dump of a hotel. Room was filthy property is run down.smoke detector was in the nightstand drawer..Unsafe wiring, room smelled like cat urine. I say again, stay somewhere else. Sleeping in my truck would have been a better option.

Do not book with them!
Avoid at all costs! Place is an absolute crap hole. Blood and people's snot on the walls, floors were dirty, mold behind the toilet, painted bath tub peeling, tile was mildewed and falling off the walls, seal around main door missing and electrical outlet covers missing. We did not have hot water for 12 hours and they refused to credit any portion of the bill. Asking if we called them about it, yes over and over again!
