The third party maid crew continues to take the towels out of your room and doesn't replace what they take out. Once again they go home and you're without wash cloths or drying towels. The rooms that houses 2 people ONLY HAVE 1 WASH CLOTH and 2 DRYING TOWELS. What does it take to accommodate the guests per towels who are spending their money entrusting that this is a good place to rent from???

This is the worst place I’ve stayed, the room was awful, people cursing and screaming outside our room. There was people having loud s3x in the room next to ours. We have to leave the place right away. When we we’re leaving we found a cockroach in the bathroom. This place should be banned and I deserved a full refund!! Please, don’t offer this place it any more in your app.

I work til 4am and every day at 11-12 someone would be banging on my door asking if they could spray the room for bugs or trying to clean my room. I was there for 3 days and I couldn’t get any sleep due to them disturbing me every morning

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at I went in expecting the least since it was cheap and all I needed was a bed to sleep in for the night..the bed was basically cardboard, the bathroom was gross, kept shoes on because floors were gross, it had private parking and even that was sketchy to park In…would give a lower score if I could

thinnest walls i have ever experienced
i understand you get what you pay for. but this place was really rough. the girl that helped us check in was friendly, but behind bars to get us checked in. the room had only 2 giant windows and the door on the front wall. making it the nosiest room i recall ever staying in. each night, i could clearly hear a couple in the next room talking/arguing at 2am and could hear sirens and cars all night. the hotel is obviously really old and without any funds to make improvements. everything there just felt neglected.

This property should not be a part of Expedia offerings. The city of Austin uses the property to house the un-homed who won’t live in shelters. Someone had a key to my room and actually tried to the room the 1st night. There was violence toward women, drug trafficking, what looked like possible trafficking of vulnerable women and maybe teens, and screams and bangs all night. At no time did staff apologize about someone entering my room unannounced or even offer an explanation. I was too afraid to stay the 2nd night. I have never felt more unsafe in all my travels. Very unacceptable property to send an unprepared, un-knowledgeable person!

The ceiling in the bathroom had a water stain from the water leaking from the room upstairs causing the "popcorn" to fall into the tub.
