This place was convenient and good location right off highway. The area was sketchy nothing the property can do about it but homeless walking around. The hotel was clean very well staffed and I would stay here again.

I only stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I didn't get to enjoy the free drinks they offer in the evenings, since I already had pans, but that is a nice perk that I wasn't expecting. The suite was nice and spacious. I only took off one star because the decor is a bit dated, although it was clean.

I love staying here at Drury inn Austin i 35 but for the second time i get in the shower and its not working. I was in shower tried pulling on the shower knob and it came off in my hand again by the time i got out and tried to use wash rags to clean myself i had to leave for a meeting hair dirty and not feeling my best. Maintenence did come in a few mins b4 i had to leave but it was to late but he did come quick, he seemed to know exactly what had happened and fixed it in 30 seconds i hope they can remedy it permanently not wait until another incident then come after the damage is done. I want to keep staying there i dont want calling Maintenence to become the normal.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful-super friendly and had lots of great recommendations, as well as helpful hints. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of Austin. The food, both breakfast and the “happy hour” snacks, were a full meal, and the bevvies were just as delicious as the snacks. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

I stayed in the Drury because it was convenient to St David's hospital and I was having surgery the next day. We were met at the desk by a very helpful and friendly desk guy (Jack?). I was especially worried about cleanliness. Imagine my surprise when I found a signed note from the person who cleaned my room. It was sparkling clean and so was the bathroom. When I asked for extra blankets for the beds, they appeared very quickly. Only guests can access the parking (with their room cards) and the whole area was surrounded by tall, spiked metal fencing. As if we didn't feel safe enough,it appears this facility is a favorite of Texas State Troopers, so there were several of their marked cars in the parking lot. On our future trips to our former home Austin, we will never stay anywhere else. As a bonus, the day we stayed, there was a free afternoon buffet, so we didn't even have to go out and face the traffic to eat. Great place!!!

We loved the hotel. Nice, clean and a wonderful staff. And after a long drive, the dinner and the drinks at the kickstart were perfect for the evening. I really really love that like I said the hotel was great, clean great no complaints. No nothing went wrong. Thank you very much.

I can’t wait for our next stay. This hotel is so accommodating to families. Daily happy hour in the lounge with lite bites and complimentary beverages. The breakfast is better than any I’ve ever been to at a hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Fix the vents so that don’t hot us on the face in
The staff is very attentive and courteous. We had a problem with the Air Conditioning. The vent was pointing to our faces in the bed and we had to place a chair in front of the AC vents to be able to sleep. Otherwise everything else was good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff(Jack) were smiling and extremely helpful. We noticed how the manager goes to each room after it is cleaned to inspect it. Bed was very comfortable, and when we called for extra blankets they arrived within mins. We have always had a hotel give free breakfast, but we also received dinner and 2 mixed drinks every night for free! I have now signed up for their site to receive points and will continue to always stay at this hotel wherever we go.
