Currently, due to water levels, public boat ramps are closed. Access to the boat dock involves navigating over 60 stairs, making it unsuitable for small children or individuals with mobility challenges.

While we offer a selection of life jackets, it's the responsibility of guests to ensure all members of their party, including children, have properly fitting life jackets.

The slips at the bottom of the house are reserved for specific boats year-round and are not available for guest use.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. ID verification is mandatory for all guests.

We are pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a $200 pet fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended on the property. Other pets are not permitted.
