Hotel nice and clean only problem was that our bed in room had a plastic wrapper still on the bed . So the fitted sheet kept slipping off and we literally slept on plastic every turn every move all you heard was the plastic wrapper very uncomfortable.

Anyone charging anything to a room should show id
Stay was excellent. Checked out and was charged for items I did not purchase. I than told the receptionist how it was possible for someone to charge something to my room without showing any kind of id proof to prove they were in fact the person staying in the room. She responded by telling me they gave my room number and last name. This is not acceptable. I never made any purchases besides checking in and out. Your staff got aggressive with me instead of taking care of the situation.

Worst hotel and service.
Upon reserving I had been calling the hotel several times and received no answer my intention was to get information and book that way. Since I was receiving absolutely no response including their “messaging” system I decided to book through hotels.com. Upon check in I was told I was not able to do the check in due to me being 20. This was posted no where when booking my reservation and I was not able to ask this again because I did not get a response. She told me I had to pay an additional $89 to cancel my reservation? On top of my $120 payed room. I was traveling with my boyfriend I was told he could not do the check in for me. We asked if we could book another room and were told they were sold out. How can you have a reservation but then have no rooms available? I tried to talk to the employee in front she was rude and not understanding, she repeatedly told me they were understaffed and she couldn’t do anything. She did not have a manager and could not contact one for me. This was the absolute worst experience please do not book here. I wanted to add there was a lady in front of us she had a similar experience. She booked through a company and was told that her reservation was no where to be found and SHE had to call them to sort it out. Very very unprofessional do NOT stay here.

Terribly hot! Don't stay here!
I only tried to stay here to get a cold room. It was SOOO hot! The hallways had a very cold air conditioner, but the room was about 10-15F hotter, and the "low" on the thermastat said it could only go down to 68F, but that it felt like 70+F. What happened to a lower temp like 62-65F? It was so uncomfortably hot that I had to leave and find a new hotel to stay at. TERRIBLE.

Well when I called about the hotel I was told it had a heated pool and hot tube it had nither. Also the shower curtain was missing and no towels. After calling 3 times had to go to the desk get a curtain and towels I hadn’t went to sleep yet hope breakfast is awesom to make up for the crap stay will ask for a a refund Monday morning
