Accessible hotel in downtown Austin, walkable to Lady Bird lake trails and sixth street. Fun times were had during a 36 hour layover packed in activities with great memories without using a rental car. We would stay here again.

Reserved an ADA king bed room but was given a queen bed fitness room. We are elderly and really needed an ADA room had no use for the stationary bike, weights and other exercise equipment. The desk personnel were not understanding and more or less said take it or leave. This hotel does not honor any reservation and gives you whatever room they want.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Valet parking is a must and, while a bit expensive, is incredibly efficient. Well located for walking to entertainment venues and good restaurants. Rooms are quiet!!!

The hotel is the perfect location to eat and drink anywhere downtown. The room was clean for the most part. I did leave food outside, and somehow, ants got in. I don’t know where they came from. I wish parking were more convenient and reasonable, especially if you stay there. Complimentary breakfast is not good at all and has limited options, so you can sleep in and not have to worry about it

At first stay was good until my friend & i were woken up at 6 am by the clock alarm on nightstand. Then, when we needed to leave & our ride was there waiting, we had to wait for 4 elevators to come through before 1 elevator actually had room enough for my friend & i the luggage cart to board elevator. Room also felt musty, not aired out. Unsure how well air is circulated in rooms or throughout hotel. Was coughing a lot more than I usually do.

Really good central location, easy to walk everywhere and having your own fridge and microwave was a bonus. Whilst not a game charger, the breakfast was basic but it did the job. Would happily stay here again if coming back to Austin, staff were fantastic and cannot fault them.

Coming from Minnesota I really wanted to swim outside but the pool was not in operation - it was drained and obviously wouldn’t be available for awhile. Had I known this I would not have booked here. Everything else was great - breakfast on the balcony, staff, the room.

Great value hotel in downtown Austin, TX!!!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room with great breakfast buffet. Close to everything we needed downtown.
