Went for my birthday..but
So first I reserved a lake view room on the 8th floor- more like look to the left and you’ll see part of the lake view. And I asked them if they had other rooms and they said that was their lake view..whatever. The location was indeed close to the places I wanted to check out within 10 mins of each other. The room was pretty basic, and outdated. Bathroom tub drainage was a bit plugged. The bars for the towels were rusted and the tv was extremely small. The refrigerator barely kept our drinks and food cold and microwave took forever to heat food. The only good thing in the room was the bed it was definitely comfy and the pillows were nice. They do not have complimentary breakfast.

Pros: We saw the most beautiful sunsets from our lake view room! Helpful and friendly staff. Even though the hotel was busy, noise from other guests was never an issue in our room. Cons: Noisy a/c in room and a very slow bathtub drain. Vending machine on our floor was not working. Ultimately, would stay here again.

Very nice stay. Hotel is in walking distance to Rainey street. Room was clean with a nice view. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. Paid for the breakfast and it was very good. Would stay again.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The day I got there the elevator broke. The parking spots in the garage were small. There are separate elevators for the parking garage and the hotel. With the elevators breaking down it was horrible to go up and down stairs.

The view from the top floor was great, but the AC did not work well. It was very warm all night. The temperature in the room did not fall below 75 all night! It was very uncomfortable the entire night.

After our first day out, we came back to the room where there was a huge cockroach on the wall that greeted us so we told the front desk and she asked one of the workers to “get rid of it.” When we met the worker back in the room, he missed, and the roach went missing and told us he would give us a different room. The second room we were given, the AC didn’t work and room was 81 degrees. We tell the front desk people again and after waiting another hour, we were told it was broken, so we were given a third room. The third room seemed fine until we went in the bathroom and there was a bunch of ants everywhere. There were dead roaches in the elevator and roaches around the lobby as well.

Staff is always so amazing at this hotel. When possible I always choose this hotel. It's got a great location free parking easy access to everything and there's even a restaurant on site.

The entire facility was rundown and felt like something out of a horror film. The restaurant and lounge were clearly not open and hadn’t been for a long time. The hotel is extremely outdated compared to others of that brand. We were extremely disappointed in our stay there and contemplated leaving despite having already paid for the room. The chair in the room had tons of stains all over it, the carpet was disgusting, the hallways looked like they hadn’t been updated in several decades.

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody since Thursday. The whole hotel had no AC and they kept on telling us. Oh they just replaced the part you should be having air. I was there two nights actually one night because I left the following day, I could not stay there it was too hot, everyone was complaining
