Nice rooms, the gym and pool were good and the breakfast was nice. Walking distance to most things in Austin

Overall a very good place to stay, if your looking for the best bang for your buck i think this is the place for it. This hotel is only a few blocks from six street, amphitheater and different restaurants.

We loved this hotel. The room was amazing, really comfy and big, the staff were super helfpul and the valet was helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night, but it was a great night

Parking was $45 a night, completely insane given how far you are from downtown. The pool picture on the reviews is a complete lie, it's maybe the length of two hot tubs, the biggest joke I've ever seen! I even asked the front desk person about it, and she laughed saying "it's like the most small, embarrassing pool she's ever seen"...really!?! So I was curious, went across the street to Holiday inn Express and their pool was an actual pool, I'm looking for some kind of a refund on a couple days stay, because I'm so upset with this place. The breakfast in the morning was no better than a Holiday inn Express probably just microwaved as the pancakes and the French toast sticks (yes they are just sticks, you don't get actual french toast) were sometimes hard and crunchy...you might as well just go across the street. Save yourself, $25 a night and stay at holiday inn express

I hate bugs but I love Siege and Dale
Seige and Dale at the front desk was the only I stayed and or would come back. I was told that housekeeping comes every other day. I checked in Sunday morning and by Wednesday no from had cleaned the room. My room also had bugs. Ants and spiders. I spoke to a lady at the front desk and she told me that she would sent someone up. No one ever came. When Siege came in, I told him and he moved me to another room. He was sympathetic and friendly.

It was for a stressful week andcit was quiet comfort. One exception was Friday night the neighboring room was loud until nearly 2am. Otherwise it was great!

No free parking. Expedia should warn customers. Also room #210 door does not latch when you walk away from it. Facility needs to work on that.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Evening reception was polite but not welcoming . we asked for view room and there was no view. We asked for bottle of water when we arrived and they said we don't have it while we saw other guest receiving bottle of water. The morning crew was very accommodating.

My overall stay was great. However, there were communication issues due to a language barrier with the housekeeping staff. On one occasion, additional shower gel was requested, but shampoo was received instead and was not noticed until after using for bath.

I would highly recommend staying in this hotel, it was clean, safe and more importantly at least to me, it was perfectly located, ten minute walk to different places and attractions.
