We stayed at this hotel for 4 days to attend my father's funeral, was tired from the travel to Round Rock. The room across the hallway & next to our room. The guests were so loud all night The guest in the room next to our room were extremely loud & hitting the walls. Couldnt get any rest our 3 night stay. We had stay there because hotels were booked The coffee station was dirty & nasty. Someone made a huge mess on the station & left empty hot cocoa wrappers on all the station. Then to top it off breakfast was soggy chicken nuggets. Ive never had that served at any tru hilton we've stayed in.

First Time Stay
Check in was a breeze and staff was very nice and friendly. The overall size of the room was smaller than expected for the price paid. We had a 3 night stay but ended up only staying 2 nights due to myself getting food poisoning. The manager was understanding on the early checkout and only charged me for the 2 nights. My wife is a nurse and is pretty sure it came from the hotel breakfast on Sunday morning. My wife did not eat the breakfast that morning and was not sick so that is why she believes that is where it came from. Besides that my only complaint was being charged $50 for some towels that were stained. My wife scratched her neck and got blood on some towels while trying to stop the bleeding. The bleeding was excessive because she said it was on a capillary. Her being the nurse I assume she knew what she was talking about. I deal with customer reviews daily with my job and know what it's like to receive a negative one. I cannot say anything bad about the staff but I think some sort of communication back from someone would be nice and if possible a credit of some sort for the undesirable experience.
