Expedia did not share the outrageous amount of fees for pets to stay at the hotel. If I knew about all the fews I would have never booked there! The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Made us take out our own trash and we never had maid service the whole week we spent there! There wasn't any type of breakfast. It was noisy at early morning hours with construction. And they gave us a dirty room at first. Terrible experience!

One of the best hotel I stayed in so far in Austin. The hallways and room smell so good. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise( moving furniture, walking hard, running and slamming the doors hard) from other people staying there throughout the night made it hard for me to sleep.

First and foremost, let me say that WoodSprings Suites have the right manager looking after their property. Terrance the manager was very friendly and so welcoming when we arrived. My family and I were in town for college business, and the location couldn't be more perfect! Only 10 minutes away from UT with many stores and eating places around, literally right off the freeway!!! The best thing about the property besides location, great rate, and EXCELLENT customer service was how clean everything was! Our room was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up and go out. And the water pressure was also great! You can tell the manager truly cares about the upkeep of the property. Oh, and the free parking was the icing on the cake! There's a lot of parking out front in a safe area if you're traveling alone or have small kids, which was great! My family will definitely be back next time we're in town!! Trust the reviews like mine because I did, and they were right! Definitely recommend staying here!!!
