I am very thankful for Wesley. I had gotten in the hotel the night before. I had accidentally left my wallet on the hood of the car overnight. Wesley had found it the next morning and put it in the office. After 3 hours of searching I asked him if he found a wallet. He said, Yes. I was so elated. Thankful. Appreciative. The receptionist was also very helpful and considerate in helping me look. Thank you so much for all you did to help me find my wallet.

I Had stayed there in Sept of 2023 and was Happy with what I had for a Room and Stay. This Trip was not as Good!!! We were put in Room 104 , upon entering the room we noticed a musty moldy smell. After staying in the room for a Little while we noticed Black Mold all over the Walls and Furniture along with a horrible smell coming from the Heat and A/C unit while in use. Our Eyes nose and throat were burning from the smell. We complained to the front desk, They gave us a Better room similar to the one I had last Year, the Staff was friendly and quick to get us a new room. But there is no way the staff couldnt have known about tge rooms condition. The Mold was floor to Ceiling along with the rancid moldy smell. Being put in Room 104 is Hazardous to your health. Will Not be going back..

As I have had bad experiences with hotels before when I stayed, I usually do a full and thorough check of the room before I stay. Now, the staff, they were amazing. It the room was so bad when I got there, it had a musty, mold smell that permeated the room and on inspection, I found black mold under the end tables and spots of mold on the walls. I clean and detail my own car so I had cleaning supplies on hand, and took care of it since I was strapped for a place to stay, and there were no other openings elsewhere to fit my needs due to The Grape Jamboree, but the upkeep is absolutely atrocious. I did my best to address the situation, but even after cleaning, I ended up with a severe headache the last day and feeling under the weather. I have pictures of interested of what I cleaned, and can share that privately since I couldnā€™t figure out how to attach here.

We had room 107 and it was the dirtiest room weā€™ve EVER stayed in, and we travel about 10 times annually for the past 30 years. There was a lot of dust and dirt on: headboard, end tables, soap and lotion dispensers both by the vanity and in the tub. We couldnā€™t get the microwave to work so we moved it to see if it was plugged in and there was a quarter inch of dust on the shelf it was sitting on. The floor was dirty, just from walking with my bare feet (my bad) from the bed to the bathroom to use it! I used a washcloth to clean my feet off and then put my shoes on. When checking out I informed the girl at the front desk how bad the room was. I told her she could go look at the washcloth. There was a lot of long dirt marks, like 2 inches wide by 6 inches long on the walls. I used a washcloth and they also came right off. We were going to take a shower in the morning, but opted not to because of the condition of the room. Also, when checking out, there is another woman walking down the hall and she said her room was disgusting and smelled like smoke in a ā€˜no smoking roomā€™. There is no way they clean that room when somebody used it! We had a long 10 hr day traveling or we wouldā€™ve got our money back and went to another hotel, but we were tired and just wanted get something to eat and relax! That is the first time weā€™ve ever stayed in a Red Roof Inn so we were skeptical, and this will be the last time! A very bad look for Red Roof Innā€™s.

Price was right room was nice and clean only complaint was the handle on the hot water in the shower sprayed all over when you turn it on. Other than that for a low price motel not bad at all.

This is a decent place, but like most places along the highway it's pretty loud with the occasional Harley with no muffler and screaming diesels, you'll love it!
