Not great. For the rate I expect to more.
I’m really disappointed that one poor woman was alone all weekend to manage all the guests up front, and the kitchen in the morning for breakfast. There was no one at the front desk while she was busy with A LOT of guests to feed. I’ll say this much, she did really need very job feeding everyone and was super pleasant while she worked. There were several guests that were trying my patience and she was kind to everyone. I was taken aback when she said, “come see us again”, because we may not. While she was delightful, this hotel could do a lot better in terms of amenities and service. The bed was awful, the air conditioning was mediocre and had to be cranked all night to cool the room properly, but the fan was ridiculous loud. Neither one of us slept well. The “nailed to the wall”dispensers feel like public restrooms rather a comfortable cozy place to stay the night with my husband.

The check-in was pleasant. The room was mostly acceptable, with two exceptions. 1. The air conditioning would turn to fan only after an hour. room would get hot and each hour we would have to get up and reset the air. 2. There was A LOT of dark hair in the bathtub drain. Also, many dark hairs all over the bathroom floor.

The hotel is older and could benefit from a renovation but it is what it is. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Busy summer weekend
Busy summer weekend. First room was not cleaned (sheets piled up on bed) which we requested a King bed. Second room we were given appears to have one of two bed that may have been slept on. We were given 2 double beds which felt very small. No breakfast when we checked out.
