AMAZING APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF AVEIRO WITH VIEW TO THE RIVER AND GARDEN (WiFi)

The apartment has free WIFI and several Portuguese and foreign TV channels.

It has an excellent location, facing the central canal of the famous Aveiro estuary and the beautiful Rossio garden (with playground) ... Unparalleled view on the city !!!

Maximum occupancy: 6/7 people (double bed, two single beds and sofa bed for 2 people). We also have a tumbler sofa ideal for a child to sleep and a travel cot for baby.

The apartment has:
- Romantic room (with double bed);

- Spring room (with two single beds);

- living room with balcony (view of the Aveiro estuary) and with a sofa bed;

- bathroom;
- pantry;
- sitting / reading area with sofa bed (can sleep a child). This area is contiguous to the romantic room, overlooking the Aveiro estuary.


It is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or week vacation unforgettable.

Sheets and towels are included; the kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to cook a meal. We offer Costa Verde dinner service (duo line).


The apartment is located close to major tourist attractions: art nouveau buildings, museums, churches, typical restaurants and bars.

The boats "moliceiro" (boats like gondolas) are within 200 meters, as well as various pastries / bakeries where guests can sample with the famous 'soft eggs' of Aveiro.

The 'Forum Aveiro' (mall with shops, restaurants, cinemas and playground) is 300 mts. At the same distance you can find supermarkets and pharmacies.

The apartment is also up near the train station and several bus stations and is therefore very well located for those wishing to enjoy the day of Aveiro city and night and sightseeing throughout the district.

The apartment is located around 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Barra and Costa Nova. At Barra can visit its lighthouse, the largest in Portugal and the second largest in the Iberian Peninsula and is included in the 26 largest in the world.

When it comes to Costa Nova Beach, one of the first images that stands out is its colorful houses. All in a row, facing the Ria de Aveiro, make marginal a huge color palette with white background, from which highlight the green, red, yellow and blue stripes.

Wonderful stay in Aveiro
The apartment is big and clean. Nice view of the city from the balcony. The property owner was very helpful and always available for questions and concerns. Would recommend to friends and will stay here again next time my family comes to Aveiro.

Great place in a lovely town
Well situated to walk to museums, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable for two people. The owners are very welcoming. We’d stay again. The only downside in August is shortage of car parking spaces. Still, you can’t have everything.

Aveiro 2 bd rental
My young adult daughter and I stayed in this rental for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, my daughter became ill with strep throat. However, luckily for us, the local contact who gave us the keys and home tour, was incredibly helpful and directed us to the local public hospital, where my daughter was quickly treated for 16 euros! The well appointed home was a great place for my daughter to hang out and recover, while I went on short excursions to explore the city. The only downside is that there is a major construction project going on adjacent to the building. However, it was pretty interesting to watch their progress from the window. The noise was not an issue and we were sure to patronize the nice restaurant below, as foot traffic is reduced. Overall, it was a great rental and a convenient location, with excellent communication with the owner and local contact.

Beautiful apartment and location
This spot was perfect for me, my husband, my two sons (8,5) and my mother. The location is excellent. There is construction going on across the street but my family sleeps through anything so even with our windows open it didn’t bother us. Walking distance to everything, including free parking and a playground. Everything is the town is excellent from food to drink to sightseeing. I give this location 5 stars for everything. Plenty of pillows and blankets and towels which helps our large group. One tiny critic, fridge was left in a little used condition. We didn’t really store much in there but this would have bothered me if we tried to store food in there. I think it was a very minor over look and I’m sure it was just a fluke that this happened. Again - wonderful spot! Would have loved to stay here for much longer!!!

A warm welcome and very helpful. The Apartment is spacious and had everything we needed to cater for the 2 young children (ages 4 and 2) and very clean. Parking near and safe. Opposite, on the green, there are a couple of swings and see-saw for the children. Location is excellent too.

Great location, pleasant apartment
The location is superb. From the living room and the small balcony there is a beautiful view to the Jardim do Rossio park and to the canal with the traditional boats. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The area is lively so be prepared for some noise, also at night. The spacious apartment is not new, but nice and pleasant and had all we needed. In summary, we had a wonderful week in Aviero. Thanks also to Marlene’s colleague, Conceição, for being so welcoming and helpful.

The apartment was perfect! Very spacious and well appointed. The location is wonderful, near the canals and excellent restaurants. Marlene’s colleague, Conceição provided us with some wonderful ideas of things to do in the town. We highly recommend this location.

Todo ha sido perfecto en mi estancia de Aveiro. Una semana antes, la anfitriona se puso en contacto conmigo para conocer los planes de viaje y me envió un dossier de cosas que hacer por la zona. La recepción fue muy buena y la explicación de la casa muy detallada. Tenía una cocina bastante completa, Wifi y el aseo muy limpio. Las camas muy cómodas Gracias a Marlene y a Conceiçao por su acogida. No dudo de que volveré, porque además tanto Aveiro como las playas do Barra y Costa Nova son muy bonitas

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre appartement très bien situé dans la ville d'Aveiro qui est très vivante. Plage de Costa Nova très agréable avec ses maisons colorées. L'appartement initial était tres bien et une hôte exceptionnelle. Malheureusement un tuyau d'égout a brisé et il nous a fallu déménager la 2ieme journée. La propriétaire elle-même du premier appartement nous a trouvé une autre place à ses frais. Pas aussi bien que la première, mais pas si mal toutefois.
