This facility has so many Exits it is confusing. Checking in should be clearly marked. Ran into a couple in the parking lot who had parked near what could be an entrance only to find that it was not. The lady was handicapped. Need signage to direct to checking in

My stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Avon was excellent. The hotel appears fairly new. In a great area with restaurants and grocery stores near by. I was checked in by Lucia who is an excellent front desk representative. She was friendly and very helpful ensuring an excellent stay. The property was spacious and my room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check out also with Lucia was quick and painless. She is an asset to this hotel. When i return to this location, i will stay again and recommend Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Avon to others needing a quiet and clean facility for an overnight stay.
