Rustic elegance, kid friendly, great for 2 couples. Sit in our hanging swings and listen to the Eagle river with a glass of wine. Just steps out your back door to walking path. Stroll along the river to enjoy dinner at the Westin or a day of paddle boarding at Nottingham Park.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Your family will be close to everything in Beaver Creek/Avon when you stay at our beautiful vacation home. Walking distance to Nottingham Park for fun in the sun actives or enjoy the winter frozen area to play hockey/ ice skate. Lots of shopping and eateries
steps from your door. Bear Lot is within walking distance having you at the base of Beaver Creek in 7mins. Easy access to the free Avon bus system and recreation path for walking along the river and biking into town.
Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right down the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.

Riverfront Vacation Home
Unit was dated although seems improvements are in process.Only concern was the foot traffic from unit above. Very noisy when upper unit inhabitants moved around, sounded like herd of cattle.

The condo was clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. Great ground floor location that worked well with our dog. We totally would stay again.

Adequate
Bottom floor unit and heavy early morning footsteps daily. Cleaners had not done laundry and beds, but agency sent a team the next day. It’s an older unit that needs some attention to detail such as drapery rod pulled away from wall, blinds needing replacement. Overall it is an adequate rental in a good location. Property mgt responded quickly to issues and questions

Our family enjoyed our stay. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, and we liked the garden level. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. The owners responded very quickly to my emails before our trip.
