Remarkable 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home on Beaver Creek Mountain, overlooking Dally ski trail. Just ski right in and out of this luxury home, you can even watch Thursday night fireworks from the front deck in winter! The entry level from the 2 car garage offers a large recreation room inviting you into this beautiful home, which includes elevator, a ski entry right out to the slops. Also on this level in the recreation room is flat screen TV, darts, game table, a queen master guest bedroom with an attached full bath, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and a second queen bedroom with attached full bath and the third bedroom has a king that can be separated into two twin beds plus the laundry room. Also on this level just outside the door is a large patio leading out to the hot tub. The next level up offers the main level of living with a gorgeous fully equipped chef's kitchen and pantry closet! The Dining room leads out to the rear deck overlooking the ski trail. The great room has a TV with a large stone gas fireplace, Bar and a separate sitting room with a gas fireplace and half bath. The sitting room with fireplace leads out to a large deck with a gas fire pit and stainless steel BBQ. The top level offers the master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet with laundry and attached full bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower/steam shower. You can even snowshoe right outside the back door up the ski trail. We are about a mile from a 18 hole golf course and just a 5 minute walk into Beaver Creek village. Take a sleigh ride to Beanos cabin for dinner and on the way home maybe the sleigh will let you off right in front of the house.

Village Walk is single best BC location
We've been to Beaver Creek every year since the Hyatt opened in 1990. If you care about luxury ski in ski out access to the best first tracks on the mountain, this is the best place to stay. Beth's house is great, and within the Village Walk development it has the best location. It's less big/luxurious as the 5 bedroom units, but those are now astronomically priced and very few are for rent anymore. The host and property manager are both extremely responsive and accommodating

True ski in ski out - luxurious!
Absolutely beautiful home that is incredibly well equipped with virtually everything one might need. The on-suites for every bedroom are so helpful, a steam shower, private spa, spaces for relaxing away from everyone if you want some downtime alone to read or watch television, incredibly tidy and well maintained property. All of our family enjoyed staying here. The location was outstanding. The property manager was so good communication wise and just a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely try and stay here again!

Perfect Holiday Vacation home
Our family celebrated Christmas and New Year in this beautiful home. It is a true ski in/ski out property. Three bedrooms downstairs and a separate quiet primary suite upstairs on its own level. The home has mountain beautiful decor and feels like you are inside of a snow globe looking out. There are three levels of stairs, but there is also an elevator that is directly near the garage door - this makes unloading groceries, tired legs and suitcases a breeze. We plan to return.

Perfect Ski Vacation
We found this property to be the perfect ski in/ski out location for our family. We were a large family of all adults and an 11 month old baby. The convenience of skiing in for lunch and the end of the day was perfect for us. The bedrooms were comfortable, each having their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked many a meal during our stay. At the end of each ski day, we enjoyed the beautiful private hot tub. From check in to check out - we enjoyed every moment.

Perfection!
We could not have asked for a better place spend our week. This place was perfect for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). It is a short walk to the village yet remote enough to enjoy peace and quiet, right off a green run (great for my kids), and had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

FABULOUS Family Vacation!!
What a terrific time we had!! Our family came together and had the most fabulous week staying at this wonderful home. Beth, the owner was so helpful and has thought of everything to make your stay so special. The house is exactly as stated… walk to the little town and all restaurants, and most important a wonderful ski in ski out experience even for the less experienced skiers. Everything you can think of is provided at this beautiful home! We used all four en suite rooms and it was so spacious and so comfortable. I was a bit worried about the gas fireplaces since I have regular ones at home but these were just great. They still emitted heat and it was so nice to be able to have a fire going in both living room and den at all times when we weren’t out and about! The hot tub was great and the mudroom where you kept skis so convenient and well thought out - just like everything else in this spectacular home! Alicia, the property manager went abi e and beyond for all of us! She was available for every question at any moment- so patient and very helpful! THANK YOU ALICIA! I truly can’t say enough about this home. If you want a vacation that will go down in the books as one of the absolute best- don’t hesitate to stay here! We WILL be back !!!

Perfect Family Ski Trip!
This Ski-in, Ski-out home had everything needed for a wonderful family gathering. It had plenty of room for 4 parents and 4 adult children to spread out. The living area even accommodated nearby visiting friends for dinner. Easily walkable to the ski village at Beaver Creek. Lots of ski equipment storage room. We loved everything about the house and can't wait to re-visit!

Awesome house in Beaver Creek
4 couples in BC for a wedding and the house was PERFECT for us in every way!! The different living areas and patios were all utilized and perfect to spread out according to time of day/night. Being able to use the fireplaces and the extremely well stocked kitchen were BIG bonuses. The location couldn't have been better and the views were beautiful!! The house manager, Alicia, was extremely responsive to the few questions we had and checked on us to make sure we were settled in and had any questions regarding the house. We are all already trying to figure out dates to return in both ski season and summer 2023.

This house was amazing! Great location to Beaver Creek Village. It was clean and well maintained. Provided plenty of space With 3 living areas and 4 fireplaces. With the shuttles you are able to go anywhere in town. Would recommend since parking can be an issue. Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful family getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The proximity to shops and restaurants made this location especially wonderful. The property was sparkling clean and well cared for. The property manager was happy to field all of our questions before our arrival and was very easy to get a hold of for the duration of our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Property is very nice and great location. It was quite disruptive to have routine work scheduled for our property and the adjoining one while we were there, without notice. And, since we did not have any notice we did not think we could refuse to permit the work. It was an interruption that should not have happened.
